A smoothie with a bit of a ginger kick + optional extras….
It’s always best to use organic fruit and vegetables for smoothies…particularly if you’re not peeling them….
- 4 cm. stick of fresh ginger
- A handful of ice
- 150ml. pineapple juice
- Enough water…
Hemp Protein contains ALL ..yes all… the essential amino acids…
- 1 tbs. Hemp Protein Powder
- 2 tbs. Coconut Yogurt (+ extra to garnish)
- 1 tbs. nut butter
- …and, if you’re up for it…a pinch of chilli powder…??
Wash, peel (if necessary) and chop fruit and veg.
Transfer everything to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add water as necessary…
